Turn Instant Pot to Sauté and add butter to melt
Add minced garlic and sauté until lightly browned.

Secure the lid and make sure steam releases are closed. Pressure cook for 1 minute. When time beeps, wait 5 minutes and then release pressure.

- 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt to Taste

- Turn Instant Pot to Sauté and add butter to melt.
