The last thing we want to do is prevent people from enjoying our turkey. This recipe only calls for 2 cups of turkey meat. Putting aside two cups is very simple and won’t prevent anyone from getting seconds or thirds. But you can also use more turkey in this recipe if you have it available.
In fact, you should consider the measurements for the turkey to be the minimum. For example, you will want at least 2 cups of turkey meat for the casserole. But you can make it three cups or four if you have that much leftover.
The rest of the ingredients can be multiplied if you’d like, but this is the beauty of a casserole dish. Measurements don’t need to be exact; they just need to have a presence in the dish.

Directions
- Toss the frozen turkey, wet ingredients, and seasoning into the crockpot.
