Crockpot Shredded Chicken Sandwich Ingredients
The star of the dish is the bacon, but the skinless boneless chicken breasts are a close second. You can feel a little fancier than normal when you use the white cooking wine of your choice, plus the olive oil and Santa Maria seasoning all make for an enhanced flavor.
Add all ingredients except cheese and bacon to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. The chicken should shred easily on its own when you touch it with a fork.
