Low Carb Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers Ingredients

For example, this recipe calls for ground beef. You will get the best results for your diet if you choose 70/30 ground beef.
The peppers are already healthy so you can choose any colored ones you like. We went with yellow, green, and red peppers.

2 Lbs Ground Beef
2 Cups Riced Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
1 Small Onion Diced
3 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Garlic Clove Minced
1 Cup Tomato Sauce No Sugar
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 Cup Beef Broth or Water
