Crockpot Salsa without Onions Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Can 14.5 oz Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Organic Green Chilis
  • 5 Medium to Large Organic Heirloom Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 Fresh JalapeƱos (Chopped with Seeds) Option to Remove Seeds for Less Heat
  • 1 Organic Green Pepper (Seeds Remove and Chopped)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/4 TSP Cumin
  • 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
  • Salt u0026 Pepper to Taste
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 2 TBSP White Vinegar

Instructions

  • Place all Ingredients in a 2 to 4 qt. crockpot except lime u0026 cilantro.
  • Cover and Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
  • Spoon or pour Ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix and blend until desired consistency.
  • Add lime and cilantro and stir.
  • The salsa can be served with chips or canned for future use.
