Crockpot Corn on the Cob with Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Ears of Corn, Cut in Halves or Thirds
  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 4 TBSP Butter, Cut into 4 or 5 Pieces
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Chopped Cilantro, For Garnish

Instructions

  • Add the corn to the crock pot. You can arrange them nicely to get them to fit better.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot except the cilantro.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. (4 hours for frozen corn).
  • To serve, roll each corn piece in the buttery coconut milk mixture.
  • Enjoy!
