- 5-6 Ears of Corn, Cut in Halves or Thirds
- 1 Can of Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup of Water
- 4 TBSP Butter, Cut into 4 or 5 Pieces
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Chopped Cilantro, For Garnish
Add the corn to the crock pot. You can arrange them nicely to get them to fit better.
Add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot except the cilantro.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. (4 hours for frozen corn).
To serve, roll each corn piece in the buttery coconut milk mixture.
