- 1 Can 14.5 oz Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Organic Green Chilis
- 5 Medium to Large Organic Heirloom Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 2 Fresh JalapeƱos (Chopped with Seeds) Option to Remove Seeds for Less Heat
- 1 Organic Green Pepper (Seeds Remove and Chopped)
- 1 Clove Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/4 TSP Cumin
- 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
- Salt u0026 Pepper to Taste
- 2 TBSP Lime Juice
- 2 TBSP White Vinegar
Place all Ingredients in a 2 to 4 qt. crockpot except lime u0026 cilantro.
Cover and Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
Spoon or pour Ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix and blend until desired consistency.
Add lime and cilantro and stir.
The salsa can be served with chips or canned for future use.
