Homemade Slow Cooker Salsa

Homemade slow cooker salsa is so easy to make at home and is a great party dish. You can also use it as a delicious taco topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can 14.5 Oz Diced Fire-Roasted Tomatoes with Organic Green Chilis
  • 5 Medium to Large Organic Heirloom Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 Fresh Jalapenos, Chopped with Seeds or Without
  • 1 Organic Green Pepper, Seeds Removed and Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar

Instructions

  • Place all Ingredients in a 2 to 4 qt. crock pot except lime u0026 cilantro.
  • Cover and Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
  • Spoon or pour Ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix and blend until desired consistency.
  • Add lime and cilantro and stir.
  • The salsa can be served with chips or canned for future use.
