Homemade Slow Cooker Salsa
Homemade slow cooker salsa is so easy to make at home and is a great party dish. You can also use it as a delicious taco topping.

- 1 Can 14.5 Oz Diced Fire-Roasted Tomatoes with Organic Green Chilis
- 5 Medium to Large Organic Heirloom Tomatoes, Chopped
- 2 Fresh Jalapenos, Chopped with Seeds or Without
- 1 Organic Green Pepper, Seeds Removed and Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
Place all Ingredients in a 2 to 4 qt. crock pot except lime u0026 cilantro.
Cover and Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
Spoon or pour Ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix and blend until desired consistency.
Add lime and cilantro and stir.
The salsa can be served with chips or canned for future use.
