Ingredients

  • 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)

Instructions

  • Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place your chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and paprika.
  • Mix your brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, Ketchup, minced garlic, and oregano to combine in a bowl.
  • Add the sauce to your slow cooker.
  • Turn your slow cooker on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Serve with white rice and broccoli, and sprinkle some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
