Easy Chicken Tacos in the Slow Cooker

- 2 Lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 16oz Bag of Frozen Corn
- 1 15oz Can of Black beans Drained and Rinsed
- 1 15oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 3 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Cups White Rice
Add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker except for the chicken and the rice. Whisk together until seasonings are mixed well into the chicken broth.
Add the chicken breast to the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 4 hours.
Add the rice for the last 2 hours of cooking time.
Remove the chicken breasts and shred them on a plate before adding them to the slow cooker.
Mix the ingredients together and serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
