Crockpot Turkey Chili with Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilis
  • 1 Can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Low-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Allspice
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 3/4 Tbsp Onions, Minced

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet and brown turkey. Drain excess grease.
  • Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Mix in all ingredients in the Crockpot
  • Set at low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Cover and cook.
  • Top with cheese (and more cheese!) or any of your favorite chili toppings before serving.
