Crockpot Turkey Chili with Corn

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilis
- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Low-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Allspice
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 3/4 Tbsp Onions, Minced
Heat oil in a skillet and brown turkey. Drain excess grease.
Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Mix in all ingredients in the Crockpot
Set at low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Cover and cook.
Top with cheese (and more cheese!) or any of your favorite chili toppings before serving.
