Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Breast, Boneless and Skinless Organic Chicken
  • 1 1/4 Cups Organic Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into your crockpot and cook on low for approximately 5 1/2 hours or on high for approximately 3 1/2 hours. If the chicken is frozen you will need to add cooking time.
  • When the chicken is done cooking, shred the chicken with a fork. This shredded chicken can be used on tacos or in salads. You can serve it cold or warm.
  • Top with tomatoes and taco toppings of your choice. Shredded cheese is an optional topping for those that are not on a dairy free diet as is topping with sour cream.
