Crockpot Salsa Chicken Recipe Ingredients
The star of the dish is the boneless, skinless chicken breast. But this is a crockpot recipe which means the rest of the ingredients are just as important.

The corn will be better if it is frozen so that it doesn’t overcook. You will also want to drain the black beans you use so there isn’t unnecessary liquid.
The next important ingredient is the salsa. The salsa you use is entirely your choice. You could even make your own salsa if you’d like.

Directions
In the crockpot stir together corn, black beans, petite diced tomatoes, salsa, garlic & cumin.
Place diced chicken breast on top of the mixture and add salt & pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Optional to stir after one hour.
Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through before serving.
